Our DVDs and Tapes

The products offered on this website are available in a variety of languages (English and French) and formats (DVD disc, VHS tape, NTSC, SECAM or PAL), which may be different for each product. The three boxes in the Shopping Cart area allow you to select which product you want to purchase. See Our Shopping Cart below for information about how to fill in the boxes.

Our Shopping Cart

When you select the Shopping Cart to order a product, you will see the PayPal site displayed after you fill in the three boxes.

The three boxes in the Shopping Cart area allow you to select which product you want to purchase. Only the options available for that product will appear. The first box lists the languages available for that particular product (English or French). The second box allows you to select a format, that is, a DVD disc or a VHS tape. Furthermore, the disc or tape may be available for NTSC, SECAM or PAL type of player equipment. NTSC is the correct type for North America, SECAM for France and French territories, and PAL for Europe and Australia. See NTSC, SECAM and PAL below for more details about the type of player in different countries. The third box asks you to select the pricing. An NTSC product is $100 and the SECAM and PAL products are $110 because they must be specially produced. Products shipped overseas require an additional $20 (see below). There may be a delay on receiving SECAM or PAL products or ones shipped outside of the US and Canada. If you have questions or wish to arrange an order by another means than PayPal, please contact Full Duck Productions by email at susan@fullduck.com.

After you make your purchase, you can return to the Full Duck Productions site.

Payment

You can purchase Full Duck Productions products securely using any type of credit card or your bank account through PayPal. Use the add to cart feature on the website to select your item(s). To complete your purchase, select your shopping cart and checkout. If you are making a purchase for a University, you may use a Purchase Order. To use a Purchase Order, please contact Full Duck Productions by email at susan@fullduck.com with a name and a phone number. All payments of any type must be in US dollars.

Shipment Speed

You should receive items shipped to destinations in the US in 10 to 14 business days. Normally, products are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. In the event the item is currently sold out, the additional days allows time to make a copy. We ship through the United States Postal Service. To expedite an order, please call Susan at 303-232-6511. For foreign or other shipment issues, see below.

Shipment Cost

Shipping and handling costs in the US is $10. PayPal automatically adds this $10 on the the pricing level you select for your product. For example, an NTSC tape that is listed at $100 will be billed for $110. A SECAM tape that is listed at $110 will be billed for $120. For foreign or other shipment issues, see below.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Full Duck Productions product, you may exchange it or receive a refund. Please contact Full Duck Productions by email at susan@fullduck.com to make arrangements.

NTSC, SECAM and PAL Tape

All Full Duck Productions tape products unless otherwise stated are NTSC format (US, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, parts of Central and S. America, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Angola). If you purchase a SECAM (France, French West Indies, Haiti, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Mauritius, Monaco, Mongolia, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Syria, parts of Africa) or PAL (United Kingdom, parts of Europe, China, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and parts of Africa) tape, allow an extra shipping week for reproduction.

Foreign (non-US) Shipments

Shipments outside of the US and Canada require $20 more. Select the pricing unit Foreign NTSC $120 or Foreign SECAM/PAL $130 for foreign shipping. PayPal will automatically add on a $10 handling fee bringing the total to $130 or $140.
